Zimbabwe’s Opposition Left Leaderless as Nelson Chamisa Quits


Zimbabwe’s biggest opposition party has been left leaderless after its head announced that he had quit.

Nelson Chamisa didn’t explain why he was relinquishing the role of leader of the Citizens Coalition for Change, which he founded two years ago. The decision follows disputed elections and internal disputes that led to a round of by-elections.
