MINSK, 30 January (BelTA) – The Belarusian light industry concern Bellegprom will send Zimbabwe samples of fabrics for school uniforms, BelTA has learned from the concern’s press service.
On 29 January Chairwoman of Bellegprom Concern Tatiana Lugina met with Zimbabwe’s Minister for Industry and Commerce Dr. Sithembiso Gile Gladys Nyoni to discuss the prospects for cooperation.
Following the meeting, agreements were reached on the transfer of samples of fabrics for school uniforms and for law enforcement uniforms to the Zimbabwean side. It was also agreed that representatives of Bellegprom will visit the sewing factories and the Leather Manufacturers Association of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
The Zimbabwe delegation got acquainted with the products made by Bellegprom’s large companies. Tatiana Lugina showcased the novelties of the knitting, clothing, textile, leather and footwear sectors of the Belarusian light industry.
