In Renton, the six-story, 145-unit Watershed apartments broke ground in 2022, topped out last year, opened in recent months and are now fully leased. To celebrate, a Thursday ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 625 Williams Ave. S. The event begins at 3:30 p.m.
