THE reappointment of Mr Paul Nyoni as Permanent Secretary for Provincial and Devolution Bulawayo is testament that President Mnangagwa has confidence in his leadership in the implementation of Government programmes in the city, a senior official has said.
Mr Nyoni was appointed Bulawayo Provincial Development Coordinator in 2018 before the Government transformed the office to that of Permanent Secretary.
Congratulating Mr Nyoni on his reappointment in Bulawayo this morning, Mr Willard Manungo, Deputy Chief Secretary Policy Analysis, Coordination and Development Planning in the Office of the President said Mr Nyoni has proved equal to the task of driving development in the province.
